Ab Workout

At Blaine Cross Country, we do abdominal workouts every other day, alternating with other core work. We do each exercise for 1 minute before switching to another exercise. Below, there are several different videos of ab exercises you can do at home or whenever you need to make up a workout. At the beginning of the season we will do about four minutes of ab exercises, followed by planks. By the end of the season, we will be up to about eight minutes of ab exercises followed by up to 3 minutes of planks.
