I. Formatting Guidelines:

• Required Sections: Papers must include:

  • Abstract

• Style: Papers must follow standard scientific formatting.

• Citation: Proper citation of sources is required.

• Template: Formatting must follow magazine guidelines (template provided).

• First Page Information: The first page must include:

  • Author's name

  • Author's campus (Palm Beach or Broward)

  • Author's grade level

• Figures, Tables, and Graphs:

  • Must be clearly labeled

  • Must be clearly explained

• Proofreading: Papers must be proofread for grammar and clarity.

II. Submission Deadlines:

• Submission deadlines will be shared at the start of each publication cycle.

III. Review Process:

• Peer Review: All submissions undergo a peer review process to ensure quality, accuracy, and originality.

• Stages:

  • Initial Editorial Review: Student editors review each paper for:

    • Overall structure

    • Clarity

    • Adherence to submission guidelines

  • Peer Review: Selected papers are then reviewed by a team of student and faculty peer reviewers with subject-area expertise, who provide feedback on:
