Welcome to the American Heritage Science Research Magazine, a student-led publication dedicated to showcasing original scientific research conducted by students from the Palm Beach and Broward campuses of American Heritage Schools.
Overview: Purpose, History, and Significance
The American Heritage Science Research Magazine was founded to celebrate and elevate the exceptional scientific work produced by students. The idea for the magazine began with a student at the Palm Beach campus who has been part of the Science Research Institute since 9th grade and was continually inspired by the depth, rigor, and creativity of peers’ research. Recognizing that this level of inquiry deserved a wider audience, the magazine was created as a platform to publish and preserve these achievements.
Our mission is to promote scientific curiosity, innovation, and academic excellence by providing a platform for young researchers to share their work with the broader community. Through this magazine, we aim to inspire future scientists, foster interdisciplinary collaboration, and celebrate the pursuit of discovery in all areas of science.
The inaugural issue launched in Spring 2025, marking the beginning of an annual tradition that highlights student contributions to science across disciplines, from environmental studies to biomedical innovations and engineering breakthroughs. Beyond providing recognition, the magazine allows students to gain experience and exposure, and serves to inspire younger students, researchers, and educators.
