Physical Activity Sessions

The aim is to promote physical activity as part of students’ daily lives and to provide opportunities for students to find a lifelong sport or activity. This will include using the facilities to promote sport and other physical activity, with a clear focus on promoting wellbeing and both physical and mental health
We will provide an hour of Physical Activity that will not only increase physical fitness but focus on the students' wellbeing
They will participate in a variety of different activities that will draw on previous knowledge of sports or health and fitness and also provide positive habits and routines for lifelong learning in sport
We are excited to be able to provide the best possible education and experiences for our girls. We believe we will get the most out of our students by offering them more choice creating courageous learners
They will be able to use their learning to have a positive relationship with physical activity beyond their school years; they will be equipped to take responsibility to continue with physical activity whether this be in other class settings or as an individual in the gym or at home.
Our girls will understand that being healthy underpins everything that they do. ‘Healthy Mind = Healthy Body’
