AHIE is committed to the eradication of racism, of poverty, of hopeless joblessness, of repressive laws that subjugate non-whites in the United States and in West African Countries. Therefore, AHIE will actively pursue critical discourse of these ills to remedy them and cure them.


AHIE develops proactive-minded learners who journey and succeed together with their mentors, trainers and teachers. Therefore, AHIE promotes education through

  • global awareness

  • strength of character – both individually and collectively

  • innovation


AHIE and its partners recognize that disrupting the status quo is an arduous and necessary endeavor. It is an arduous endeavor because the history of non-whites persons of the United States of America IS. It is a necessary endeavor because the despair, anger, depression, and repression of the masses threatens the livelihood of all.


  • AHIE partners with businesses and non-profit organizations that are equally committed to social equity and justice in outreach, community projects, conferences, content development, reading, and in building accessible and relevant learning platforms.

  • AHIE pursues funding, capital opportunities with equity-minded entities

  • AHIE’s Board membership is representative of its learners, clients, and friends and remains committed to racial diversity as a mosaic of its body and of its work

As an organization that believes in dismantling systemic racism and all other oppressive agendas that uphold implicit bias, prejudice and white supremacist ideology, Aim Higher in Education, Incorporated (AHIE) takes a firm stance against unjust systems that led to the brutal and unwarranted deaths of George Floyd, Ahmaud Arbery, Breonna Taylor, Tony McDade, and innumerable others. We believe that Black lives matter. We reject police brutality and educational inequities.


AHIE is committed to fostering solidarity. We are dedicated to working with minority-owned businesses and in providing education-driven workshops, events, and coaching services that embrace equity, provide global awareness and fight for the success of Black, Indigenous and People of Color.
