About Course: This course provides an introduction to nonlinear dymanical systems to science and engineering students as well as any other interested student. Dynamical systems form the backbone of all engineering and scientific phenomena and have a strong connection with the foundations of probability, statistics and statistical mechanics. The course is perfectly suited for students wanting to work on interdisciplinary projects. Background in mathematics upto class 12th is needed. Coding ability in any language is an added advantage but not essential. Especially important is the ability to learn on your own as well as with a team, curiosity and interest in working hands-on on projects.
