There will not be a kickoff event this year due to construction and the number of our AP staff participating in AP readings and curriculum writing projects for the district. Still, we are looking forward to another great year of camp!

Advanced Placement (AP) Summer camp is for students registered for AP Language & Composition, AP Calculus AB, AP Phyiscs, AP Statistics, AP Art Combination (2D & 3D) and AP Science Combination (Biology, Chemistry, and Enviromentall) for the 2019-20 school year.

Our goal is to help students overcome “AP anxiety” and increase academic success in these selected AP courses. Students will establish a support network with their teachers and peers and develop confidence in their ability to succeed in the AP course. Each AP Summer Camp course instructor has developed a summer schedule where students will either come together at Andover High School, off site, or interact with their teacher on-line through Moodle or Google Classroom.

The total cost of the camp is $25 and students are able to register for more than one course at no additional charge. We encourage students to attend even if they are not able to fully participate in all the sessions. Space is limited, so early registration is encouraged.
