Host Institution
The Universidad de Buenos Aires is the most important university in Argentina and one of the most prestigious in the world, with five Nobel laureates among its former faculty members. The School of Agriculture holds the Agricultural and Environmental Sciences. The Aquaculture and Aquatic Ecology Lab, devoted to teaching and research in limnology, will host the XII International Shallow Lakes Conference.
