Terms & Conditions

No more group deposits!

We have updated our terms and conditions (effective 1 January 2025) related to group bookings (3 or more rooms).

The following section has been removed:

• Groups (3 or more rooms)

  • Booking Confirmation: Confirmation on receipt of non-refundable deposit.

  • Deposit: 20% on confirmation of booking.

  • Balance of Payment: Balance 45 days prior to arrival.

  • Hold of Bookings: 14 days (dependent on arrival date).
