Co-owner of Affinity Green, Chris has stepped back from daily operations but remains deeply involved, continually striving to elevate the quality and success of his businesses. 

In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his wife Holly. A self-taught musician, Chris plays drums in a band that he travels with, blending his passion for music with his entrepreneurial spirit. He is a proud father of two—Aislinn and Ayden—and a doting grandfather to his grandson Wylder, who adores his “Pop.”

Co-owner of Affinity Green, Kevin brings over 10 years of hands-on experience in lawn care and a deep understanding of North Texas turf and landscaping needs. His knowledge and dedication ensure every property is treated with expert care. 

Outside of work, Kevin enjoys spending quality time with his daughter Mariah, hitting the gym, relaxing at home on weekends, and whipping up his famous homemade salsa—a favorite among friends and family.

Aislinn Smith serves as Operations Manager at Affinity Green, where her focus is on building trust and long-lasting relationships with every customer she works with. Having grown up watching her father, Chris, and her uncle, Kevin, run the business, Aislinn developed a deep connection to the company’s values and mission from an early age. 

A proud mother to her toddler, Wylder Ace, Aislinn finds her greatest motivation in creating a future for him—he is her world and the driving force behind her dedication to growing Affinity Green. Outside of work, she enjoys simple pleasures like morning coffee on the porch, warm spring days, and cooking for her family.

Second Lead Technician at Affinity Green, Landon brings over 10 years of experience and a strong dedication to customer satisfaction. A childhood friend of Chris and Kevin Smith, Landon has been with the company from the very beginning and is a vital part of the team. Though not related by blood, he is considered family through his loyalty and hard work.

Landon is known for his dependability and commitment to delivering quality results. Outside of work, he enjoys spending time with his kids, exploring antique malls, and relaxing at home.

Lead Account Representative, Scott works closely with customers to ensure they receive attentive service, clear communication, and the right solutions for their lawn care needs.

Scott brings a strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to customer service to every interaction. He believes that great service starts with listening, understanding each customer’s unique property goals, and following through with consistency and care. His dedication reflects the same values that have guided owner Chris — a trusted friend of over 20 years — in building this business on integrity and relationships.

Outside of work, Scott is a self-taught guitarist who enjoys smoking meats on the grill, and spending quality time with his wife of more than 10 years, Samantha. Whether he’s helping customers achieve healthier lawns or perfecting a brisket recipe, Scott values patience, craftsmanship, and doing things the right way.
