Displaying specific soccer skills such as dribbling, passing, and ball control helps guide student learning and provides a structured focus for instruction. This artifact demonstrates intentional planning and organization of physical education content. 

This artifact reflects intentional planning by providing a structured workout progression for students. The organization of sets, reps, and exercises ensures that instruction is purposeful and aligned with learning goals. Design of developmentally appropriate and goal-oriented instruction.
