ADM is excited to host you and your students for IE State Speech Contest! Please read the following and check back often for updated information. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact the contest manager, Jacque Seidl.

ALL SPECIAL REQUESTS MUST BE SUBMITTED TO STACY HANSEN.
Any drops or updated titles need to be added to the Google Form AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Ballots will be printed on Thursday, March 7th.
Please provide THREE comment sheets for each performance.
NO PHOTOS or VIDEO RECORDING without prior approval from the IHSSA State Office.
Prepare your students and spectators for the Contest environment. Provide schedules, share your unique school code, and remind them NOT to wear school apparel.
We encourage students and parents to be early to centers and to keep halls quiet.
Remind spectators of the $3.00 suggested donation at the door. Programs will be for sale for $2.00.
Remember to bring your own equipment for Review or Expository Address.
Carts will be at the centers for Review and Expository Address. REMINDER - you must provide your own devices (players and projectors).
Radio News Announcing: The first time listed is your PREP time; the second time listed is your performance time.
Radio News Prep Room is in RM. 402. Go to the high school and head east through the commons and double doors. There will be a trifold sign pointing to the room on the left.

The building will open at 7:00 AM.
Coaches, please sign in at the CONTEST OFFICE located in the MEDIA CENTER when you arrive.
Have a SUBSTITUTION, DROP, OR CHANGE? Please follow the the link to the right to fill out the proper form(s).
Buses and vehicles can drop off student and equipment at the main doors located in the front of the building but the two-story glass wall. These are the Middle School doors and the ones we will use for contest.
Handicap-accessible entries are located at MIDDLE SCHOOL DOORS. ELEVATORS are available for any who need it.
The NORTH GYM will serve as "camp" or "home base" and be sued to store all teams props, bags, coats, etc. Please encourage students to keep their area clean and tidy and to pick up before departing.
PLEASE NO FOOD OR DRINK IN THE GYM.
You may collect your comment sheets in the MEDIA CENTER after all of your team's ratings have been posted.
