The Second Day of Masantren at School Monitored by Supervisory Officer

The masantren activities at SMPN 1 Purwakarta on the second day were monitored by the supervisory officer, Mr. Rd. Juliadi, M.Kom. He observed the activities and ensured that the masantren program at the school was running smoothly. The presence of the supervisory officer also served as a form of support and appreciation for the masantren activities on that second day.

The first activity began with the recitation of verses from the Quran. The students collectively read the Quran, led by one of their peers. Next, the students were introduced to the names of Allah by reciting Asmaul Husna. The following activity was the performance of the Duha prayer, followed by the recitation of Salawat Nabi (blessings upon the Prophet).

Before entering the classrooms, the students listened to a lecture delivered by one of the PAI (Islamic Religious Education) teachers, Mrs. Epa Dalpa. While listening, the students also took notes on the material presented. The lecture focused on the Sunnahs of fasting, such as hastening the breaking of the fast and delaying the time for sahur (pre-dawn meal). Afterward, the students entered their classrooms and continued with other religious activities, guided by their subject teachers.
