SCHOOL PROGRAM SOCIALIZATION

Purwakarta, February 12, 2025 – SMPN 1 Purwakarta held a school program socialization event, driven by changes in government regulations and the emergence of various social media phenomena. The goal was to ensure that all stakeholders could support the school’s positive programs, benefiting students both in the learning process and in their overall development.

The event took place in the school hall and was attended by the school committee, parent representatives from each class, homeroom teachers, and extracurricular mentors and advisors. Their presence demonstrated a shared commitment to advancing education at SMPN 1 Purwakarta.

Mr. H. Patoni, M.Pd., M.M., the school principal, provided a detailed explanation of the new programs and policies to be implemented. The primary focus of this socialization was to ensure that all parties understood and supported these initiatives. Special attention was also given to Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK) teachers, teachers who had completed the Pendidikan Profesi Guru (PPG) program, extracurricular coaches, and the role of the school treasurer. Mr. Patoni highlighted the rights and responsibilities of each position, along with the new regulations they must adhere to. This clarification aimed to create a unified understanding of duties and expectations among all staff members.

This socialization event was intended to serve as a communication bridge between the school and its stakeholders, both internal and external. With a thorough understanding of the new regulations and adaptations to social media trends, SMPN 1 Purwakarta aims to achieve even greater educational success. The meeting concluded with a Q&A and discussion session, reinforcing the school’s openness to input from all parties for collective progress.
