Purwakarta, February 14, 2025 – Religious activities are an integral part of the school program, especially on Fridays. Every Friday, students from different classes take turns organizing and leading these activities. This week, Class VII-B was responsible for managing the event. The students divided their roles, taking on responsibilities such as event host, prayer reader, speaker, and more.
The event began with salawat, led by a selected student. Following this, students continued with Duha prayer and supplication.
After the prayer session, the event proceeded with a religious sermon on the topic "Welcoming Ramadan with a Pure Heart." This theme was chosen by the students who were assigned to deliver the speech.
Following the sermon, a Q&A session was held, where students were asked questions related to the speech. This session not only tested their listening skills but also encouraged them to express their thoughts in public confidently.
Beyond reinforcing the Tujuh Poe Atikan initiative, this Friday’s religious program also served as a means to strengthen relationships among students, teachers, and the school’s religious values. Through this rotating system, each student has the opportunity to develop organizational skills, public speaking abilities, and a deeper understanding of religious teachings. The goal is for all students to embody intelligence and positive character traits in line with Spensa's vision and motto: Spensa HEBAT.
