Wujudkan Visi dan Spensa Hebat Melalui Bakti Sosial

Today, as part of the school anniversary celebrations, students carried out a social service activity by cleaning the town square. This activity serves not only as a form of celebration but also to realize the school's vision, which is to be Healthy, Smart, and Characterful.

Before starting the activity, all students and teachers first participated in the "Great Indonesian Children's Exercise." This exercise took place on the field of SMP Negeri 1 Purwakarta. Led by the physical education teacher, all students appeared cheerful while performing the exercise.

After a brief rest to prepare cleaning tools, all students, guided by their respective homeroom teachers, proceeded to the designated cleaning areas, namely Situ Buleud and Taman Surawisesa.

Besides fostering positive character development in children, this celebration is linked to the school's motto, HEBAT, one aspect of which is Empathy. Through the activity of cleaning areas in Purwakarta, students are encouraged to show their empathy towards the environment and the surrounding community. Prior to this, as part of the series of events, the school had donated to those in need, demonstrating that the celebration is also an occasion for sharing and benefiting others.

This activity is hoped to leave a profound impression on the students about the values the school aims to instill, namely character and empathy, as a foundation for becoming responsible individuals who care about their environment and community.
