brighteen is a school magazine of Brighton JHS Indonesia which was initially established in December 2010 as a community bulletin called Brighton Post.

brighteen was established by Mr Ignasius Widi Nugroho and a small community of students under early Student Council of Brighton JHS at that time. It was Dellamarta Anjani, an eight grader student who became the first Editor in Chief to lead the publishing of the first issue of the school bulletin which is later named brighteen.

The magazine was published simply four colorful pages on two faces of an A4 paper containing humble rubrications which shared the recent updated news in Brighton JHS.

The magazine then was developed and tried to present positive growth in every edition published. From the humble 4 pages magazine, brighteen grew to a trendsetting 28 pages magazine before it goes to social media version in 2022.

brighteen commits to develop continuously in collaboration to literate, build the educated and updated school ecosystem, especially the students as the growing global generation.
