ASMS membership shall be open every semester to all bonafide students enrolled in the Bachelor of Science in Business Management program of Ateneo de Davao University – School of Business and Governance.
Membership applications are accepted during the official recruitment period, which will be announced at the beginning of each semester.

President
Serves as the highest executive officer of ASMS. The President leads the organization by enforcing its constitution, presiding over meetings and events, representing ASMS inside and outside the campus, and overseeing the implementation of plans and decisions. They also coordinate with consultants, prepare meeting agendas, appoint representatives when needed, and ensure smooth and effective operations throughout their term.
Internal Vice President
Steps in for the President when needed and represents ASMS in internal functions. The IVP helps oversee internal operations, supports coordination among committees, ensures that internal concerns are addressed, and works closely with other officers to implement plans and activities. They may also take on special tasks or roles assigned by the President or Moderator.
External Vice President
Represents ASMS in external partnerships and events, including serving as the official representative to the Business Management Association of the Philippines (BMAP) – Davao Chapter and other off-campus functions, meetings, or assemblies as appointed by the President or Moderator.
Secretary-General & Assistant Secretary-General
Serve as the official custodians of ASMS records, documents, and correspondence. They manage meeting notices, take minutes and attendance, and handle internal and inter-office communications to ensure organized and efficient documentation.
Treasurer
Responsible for managing the organization’s funds, including budgeting, fundraising, and safekeeping of finances. The Treasurer maintains detailed financial records, proposes budget plans, and presents a financial report at the end of their term.
Auditor
Ensures the accuracy and integrity of ASMS financial records by validating transactions, reviewing reports, and conducting periodic audits. The Auditor works closely with the Treasurer to monitor financial accountability and compliance.
Public Relations Officer
Leads the promotion and publicity of all ASMS activities and events. Serves as the head of the Public Relations Committee and is responsible for managing the organization’s promotional materials and properties.
Creatives Committee
Handles the design of posters, graphics, and multimedia content for events, campaigns, and social media to help visually represent the organization.
Documentations Committee
Takes charge of documenting events and activities through visual and written outputs such as photos, videos, and reports.
Communications Committee
Responsible for releasing announcements, updates, and official messages, including writing captions and content to keep members and the student body well-informed.
Logistics and Resource Committee
Oversees the planning and preparation of materials, coordinates physical and technical needs, and ensures smooth on-ground execution during events and activities.
Productions Committee
In charge of stage management, technical setup, and all behind-the-scenes work to ensure the smooth flow of events and programs.
External Relations Committee
Establishes and maintains connections with other organizations, sponsors, and partners to support and strengthen the organization’s projects and initiatives.
Campaigns & Advocacy Committee
Leads initiatives that raise awareness and promote causes aligned with the organization’s mission through strategic outreach and engagement.
Talents & Sports Committee
Organizes activities that showcase student talents and promote physical wellness through creative performances, competitions, and sports-related events.
Secretariat Committee
Responsible for taking minutes, maintaining records, and managing official documents and correspondence to support the organization’s operations.
Public Relations Committee
Promotes the organization’s image, manages its social media presence, and engages with the student community to strengthen visibility and connection.
Finance and Audit Committee
Manages the organization’s budget, expenses, and financial records while ensuring transparency, accountability, and proper use of funds.
