Spanish 1 is a BEGINNER Spanish course, which focuses on:

• Communication in Spanish on basic topics.

• Understanding simple spoken Spanish.

• Reading and comprehending simple written Spanish.

How can I do well in Spanish class?

• Come to class EVERY DAY!

• ACTIVELY listen and participate. You won't understand everything, but give it your best!

• Speak in class when given the opportunity to practice.

• Ask questions right away if you don't understand.
