Current Legacy Students - Use this form to help determine your course requests. You will NOT turn this form in but you can use it to help enter your course selections in Infinite Campus.
New students to Legacy (from outside Adams 12 or an Adams 12 Charter) - Complete this form to make course selections for 2024-2025. Save the copy with your first and last name and email it to jordan.stransky@adams12.org.
