Being the mascot at a school is an honor and we pride ourselves in being a very spirited school and that comes with having a great person to represent Zeus!  We are excited for the upcoming season. Please fill out and print the following information as you consider trying out to become Zeus. 

Tryout Checklist: (all forms must be printed and signed when you come to tryouts!)

• Tryout Registration

• Proof of Physical

• Tryout Consent Waiver (attached below)

• Most Recent Report Card

• A Letter of Recommendation from a Teacher, Previous Coach, or Boss
