We are so excited to announce Bolts Rec Cheer is launching its inaugural season and will be a cheer training and competition opportunity for athletes in 1st through 8th grade. Our program is designed to introduce athletes to the fundamentals of cheer while building strong skills in stunting, tumbling, jumps, and performance.
Athletes will practice weekly and compete at local competitions, helping them gain confidence, teamwork, and a love for the sport in a fun, supportive, and energetic environment.
As our first year, we are excited to build a program that focuses on skill development, team culture, and creating a positive experience for every athlete. Bolts Rec Cheer is the perfect way for athletes to get involved with the Legacy Cheer program and grow within the sport.

Frequently Asked Questions
When is the latest an athlete can register?
Registration will be open from May through July 31. It is best to register before our first practice in June so athletes can get the full benefit of the season and join us for camp!
What if my athlete needs to miss a practice?
We understand that families plan vacations and have other commitments throughout the season. We simply ask that parents communicate with the coaches as soon as possible so we can plan practices accordingly. Excessive absences may result in athletes being pulled from portions of the routine. All practices the week of a competition are mandatory. If an athlete misses practice the week of a competition for any reason, they will sit out that competition for safety reasons.
Can my athlete participate in other sports or activities?
Yes! Many athletes participate in multiple activities. We do our best to work around other sports and commitments. However, if there are frequent conflicts with practices or competitions, it may be difficult to participate fully. Please reach out to the coaches if you have questions about scheduling conflicts.
