Sign into Microsoft 365 Copilot: 

• Microsoft 365 Copilot Online : https://m365.cloud.microsoft/chat/?auth=2&origindomain=microsoft365&from=NoAccountOnStart

or

• Download Microsoft 365 Copilot App (Desktop/laptop): https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-copilot/download-copilot-app

NOTE: If you have a computer that runs Windows OS your device may have the Copilot App already installed. MAC users will have to install the App on their device.

Open Free Apps from Microsoft 365 Copilot:

1. Select 'Apps' on the Navigation menu on the left hand side of the screen.

2a. When selecting Apps on the 'Web Version' there will be a pop out that will allow you to select what online Microsoft app you would like to use. Click on the app you want to use.

2b. When selecting Apps on the 'Copilot App', this will take you to the Apps page and you would select which app you would like to use. Click on the app you want to use.

NOTE: You may need to hover over the app you want to use, select the 3 dots that appear, and then select 'Open in Browser'

Create or Upload a File:

If you would like to create a document using the free Microsoft apps, you would select 'Create Blank...' (document for word, workbook for excel).

If you would like to work on a file that is downloaded or saved on your device, select 'Upload a File'
