When students are acknowledged for following the behavior matrix, they will receive a SOAR card. Students will then place their SOAR cards in their grade's container.

Weekly Drawings: Every Friday, the PBIS team uses the cards in the container to select winners from each grade as well as staff member winners. We have two prize carts (one for staff and one for students) with a variety of prizes ranging from coupons for various items and other tangible items.

Monthly: All tickets earned and turned in for one month will be entered for a monthly drawing which earns a special prize. We've had lunch at a local restaurant with friends, gift cards, and community donations of tickets to certain events. 

NEW: Quarterly Rewards: Each nine weeks, students who earned NO discipline referrals (whether they be minors or majors) will be eligible to participate in a special prize--hopefully, some field trips! 

Yearly: Last year, our students earned a whole-day, school-wide SOAR Day because they earned a set amount of cards for the year. The day consisted of student-selected activities hosted by teachers and a hypnotist in the afternoon.
