Data is collected based on the referrals received on a monthly basis. Information collected deals with problem behaviors, the location of the behavior, the time (whether it be month of the year or actual time of day), and the offender.
Data is reviewed within the PBIS team monthly. Data is distributed to teachers at the beginning of the year in-service and throughout the year to assist the reteaching schedule.
Data is a complementary component to determining placement within Tier II and Tier III.

For the last three years, the high school staff have participated in a survey regarding the implementation of our PBIS program. This is a comparison of the rankings from year one to year three. Ratings are for areas including the behaviors explained in the SOAR matrix, our incentive system (SOAR cards and prizes), trainings, data distribution, and other related categories.
