Junior High Band --

Junior High Band has started to make some progress on the fundamentals of playing instruments this week by reviewing the following: fingerings, notes, rhythms, and learning how to support the sound with correct airflow.

We are working on our Band DoJo books and a warm-up titled "Alleluia".

The first full week of school has been a great return to playing music! With continued hard work and dedication we are going to be taking an incredible music journey!

Daily Concert Band Objectives:

o To establish a proper foundation of instrumental sound and technique

o To Improve individual practice skills

o To improve individual and group instrumental performance skills

o To perform a varied repertoire of quality music

o To perform in a chamber ensemble setting

o To establish a working musical vocabulary
