Subhash is an approved Enterprise Development Consultant from SMEDA and an alumnus of the International Exchange and Leadership Program (IELP), sponsored by the U.S. Department of State. He holds dual Master’s degrees in International Relations and Information Technology. With over 17 years of experience in the training and development sector, Subhash has been instrumental in designing and implementing capacity-building programs, vocational training initiatives, and entrepreneurship development projects across diverse communities in Pakistan.

Gulnaz is the Founder and CEO of Soormiyun Cultural and Development Organisation, a women-led initiative promoting culture and social development in Pakistan. With 20+ years in the development sector, she focuses on women’s leadership, entrepreneurship, and climate resilience. She also founded Takorie, an e-commerce platform for women artisans. Gulnaz leads initiatives like Eco-Saheli and WIN, bridging culture, sustainability, and gender equity. She holds an MA in Mass Communication from the University of Sindh.
Sehrish Saddozai
Founder & Executive Director, Fareezah: The Educational Initiative
Sehrish is the Founder and Executive Director of Fareezah: The Educational Initiative, an educational initiative empowering out-of-school children. Since 2016, Fareezah has provided free, quality education to children of migrant domestic workers and daily-wage earners in Kotha Kalan and Dhoke Munshi neighborhoods in Rawalpindi . Fareezah is currently transforming the lives of around 450 children from low-income families. Fareezah is living proof that collective action makes a difference. Sehrish holds a bachelor's degree in Political Science from DePauw University.
