Ambreen Ghazala
Early Childhood Educator and Coordinator, Aga Khan Education Service Pakistan
Ambreen, pioneer of ECD in Chitral, has worked in education since 2006. She introduced ECD after earning a diploma from Hashoo Foundation and now trains teachers with Aga Khan Education Service. She is a children's book author. Ambreen holds a Master’s in Teacher Education and aims to establish a training center to empower women through early childhood education and professional development.

Maliha is a queer professional with a Master’s in International Relations and over eight years of experience in community-based projects on climate change, gender equality, and sustainable livelihoods for marginalized communities in Pakistan. They are committed to advancing economic empowerment by creating climate-friendly opportunities for rural women in Sindh and Balochistan through their current on-going program.
Mujtaba Khalid

Mujtaba Khalid brings over fifteen years of leadership in Islamic finance policy, product development and capacity building across Asia, Europe and Africa. At Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance he grew revenue by 300 percent and steered consultancy projects. He co-founded Bagh-e at Harvard Innovation Labs to deliver Shariah-compliant digital credit and agronomy services for smallholder farmers. He holds a Master's in Public Administration from Harvard Kennedy School and a Bachelor's in Accounting and Finance from London School of Economics.
Misbah Shafi
Director Learning and Development, xWave
Misbah is the Director of Learning and Development at xWave, where she equips young people to gain employable digital skills and become financially independent. She oversees the onsite national tech labs network in underserved areas and online programs across Pakistan. Before xWave, Misbah founded Future Pakistan, a youth-led initiative that guided over 8,000 students on scholarships and university admissions. She has also worked with Nearpeer, a leading ed-tech and the LUMS National Outreach Program as student counsellor.
