Wajahat is the Founder and Executive Director of Tabeer, a micro-enterprise training and development program for bottom-of-the-pyramid communities in Pakistan. Tabeer is a flagship program of a business consulting organization, Solutions Ahead.
He is a coach and consultant to early and growth-stage social and technology enterprises, helping them develop sustainable and scalable innovations, using Human-centered Design approach.
Wajahat holds a bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences from Institute of Management Sciences and a master’s degree in Software Project Management from Fast-NU.

Zarene is a Programme Officer at UN Women Pakistan, focusing on women's economic empowerment. Previously, she has worked with Yunus Center AIT and as Country Manager for Social Innovation Lab. Her background spans education, social innovation, and consulting, with a focus on driving sustainable change and empowering women. She holds a Master's degree in Social Entrepreneurship from Goldsmiths, University of London and is passionate about creating a positive change through social innovation and entrepreneurship.

She leads transformative women's empowerment projects, addressing health, gender inclusiveness, and financial challenges. Kulsum champions Baji Connect, a digital initiative creating dignified employment and fair income for last-mile workers. Her dynamic career spans working with leading organizations, including Telenor Pakistan, Bank Alfalah, Karandaaz Pakistan, Martin Dow, and Hilton Pharma.

Irfan is a communications and advocacy expert with over 18 years of experience across South Asia and conflict zones. He leads real-time campaigns to reduce poverty, counter violent extremism, and promote education. He champions women’s inheritance and land rights through media and policy engagement. As founder and CEO of Kadam Communication and Consultants, Irfan has led major development and humanitarian initiatives in partnership with international donors, driving inclusive outreach, storytelling, and strategic public engagement for social justice.

Program Strategy & Partnerships Manager, Sustainable Agriculture Division, Rizq Kisaan Dost Program
Saniya manages Program Strategy, Research, & Partnerships for the Rizq Kisaan Dost Program (KDP), where she designs and implements interventions that aim to break the cycle of stagnation in the agricultural economy. Her goal is to build new systems of deep self-sufficiency among small farmers through increased access to knowledge, inputs, and capital. A heart-led resilience-building program, KDP was envisioned as a way of developing dignified, deeply empowered, and food-secure farming communities over multiple cycles.
