Weekly Freedom Levels are to be set and posted to the studio scoreboard by end of day Friday.
Voyager Freedom Levels are: Reset, Nesting, Flying, and Soaring. Nesting is the base level of freedom with certain abilities and experiences unlocked with each level achieved. If minimum requirements are not met, this will lead to a period of time in RESET. Please see the studio Freedom Board for more information.

RESET is your friend. It is a dedicated space designed to support the practice of deep focus for those who have past due required work. However, choosing extended consecutive time in RESET may lead to a strike. Additionally RESET may be assigned at any time in accordance with guardrails and studio systems. (strikes issued, coin game, etc). Occasionally a hero may be required to be removed from the studio all together as covered in the Acton Family Playbook when RESET is not an option.
