If it is after hours during the week or during the weekend, continue to submit all completed new deals as normal to help minimize delays and our Sales Support Team will review any submissions the next available business day.
If a welcome call is needed, please schedule a time with the customer for the next business day and inform Sales Support when this is scheduled for(See bottom of page for additional information).

Please allow 5-10 minutes for Sales Support to confirm all documents are signed and there are no errors to ensure no corrections are needed.
For the smooth onboarding of new accounts, the following is required:
A clear copy of the customer's Photo ID (front and back)
A recent copy of the homeowner's full utility bill(30-90 Days)
Proof of Ownership(Title, Mortgage Statement, Deed, etc.) if applicable
Information on the Homeowners Association (HOA), if applicable
Completion of installation or PPA documents.
Completion of loan documents, where applicable
A full copy of the customer's Homeowners Insurance (specific to Wisconsin and Texas residents). The Policy date needs to be active, not expired.
For any additional work such as general add-ons, other home upgrades, or a new roof, please provide the company name, contact details, and the invoice/quote.
Please ensure that the Site Survey request is submitted to RDCL based on the customer's preferred date and time before departing the customer's home.

Elderly Acknowledgment & Requirements
Homeowners over the Age of 75(born before 1950 and today's date) will require a Welcome Call if their project is being paid in cash (PayKeeper) or financed through a loan. This does not apply for Lease or PPA sales.
Loans and Cash Payments:
A simplified process has been integrated into the Welcome Call Script Page of our installation agreement. On this page, the customer will initial, date, and sign confirming that this information is correct and no other agreements were made.
TPO Financing(PPA or Lease):
You will need to select the template titled 'PPA Endorsement Document' and send this to the homeowner and yourself to sign & complete. This provides a general project overview and an additional acknowledgment for authorization to use the homeowners digital signature on any pertinent HOA , city clearance, utility rebate, and interconnection applications or forms.
Sales Packets Pending Completion and/or Approval
Projects will not advance beyond the Final Design being completed and the SOW(Scope of Work) Email being sent until:
-All required documents are provided.
-Any required change orders are completed.
-Any Lender Stipulations are cleared and NTP is granted.
