Roof Types & Conditions
Customers are financially responsible for the cost of removing and reinstalling their system if and when they need to repair or replace their roof during the contract period. The customer should be made aware of the current condition of their roof and expected number of years left in their roof. This will help inform the financial decision of whether they would like to re-roof now or in the future.
If a roof is reported to be within 10 years of the end of its useful life, based on customer provided information regarding last reroof date and roofing material warranty, a re-roof should be pursued
If the roof appears to have less than 10 years of useful life but the customer wants to move forward without a reroof, an EverBright roof waiver is required.

Title Requirements
Ownership by Individuals:
-signer must be on title and exact name on title as what is signed
-The exact name(s) from the title must be on the homeowner agreement and must be executor(s) of the agreement
Ownership by Trust:
-at least one trustee must reside in the property and sign the agreement with the exact name as listed. -Trust documents are required showing the full name of the trust, all trustees, the date of formation of the trust and the signature page.
Ownership by LLC, S Corp or C Corp:
- a director or officer must reside in the property and be an executor of the agreement.
-One or more applicants must pass credit.
-Business formation documents showing all officers and directors of the entity, and signature page.

Utility Bill Requirements
At least one full copy (all pages) of the homeowner’s recent utility bill must be uploaded.
Note: Data from these bills must match what was entered in the Usage phase
The billing period must be within 2 months of contract signing.
The bill must not show a past due payment amount.
If the utility provides numeric annual usage on each bill, only one bill is needed; otherwise, two or three recent bills from the last three months are required to gather usage data for at least three months.
The uploaded utility bill must clearly display:

Welcome Checklist
After signing an EverBright agreement, the homeowner will be sent an email to register for MyEverBright and complete the Digital Welcome Checklist located within the portal.
After the homeowner logs in to MyEverBright, the page will display a status bar with a message, a blue “Complete Checklist” button, and a link to download a copy of the homeowner’s agreement.
Clicking the “Complete Checklist” button will open a pop-up modal containing a list of statements. The homeowner must select Yes or No for each statement.
If the DWC fails, a copy of the failed answers will be uploaded to the task. EverBright’s support team will contact the homeowner to clarify their understanding of the agreement and complete a Welcome Call over the phone.

Sunlight Financial Elderly Protection Policy
To make sure elderly consumers are on board with the loan terms we have put the following policy into place:
Sunlight will complete a courtesy call with consumers who are over age 80 before providing Notice to Proceed.
Sunlight will make a courtesy call with customers who are 70-79 years old after providing Notice to Proceed.
During the call Sunlight will review the key terms of the loan including the 18 month re-amortization and the fact that the federal tax credit requires sufficient tax liability.
The customer can call Sunlight’s support line at (888) 850-3359 to complete the courtesy call. Please be sure that the individual who calls the support line is the person whose name is on the loan agreement.

**Mobile, manufactured and prefabricated homes - If your customer's credit is approved they will receive a stipulation email to provide additional documentation before Sunlight can grant them Notice to Proceed. These property types (Mobile, manufactured and prefabricated homes) are considered to not have a permanent foundation (Cinder blocks and cement blocks would not be accepted as a permanent foundation). If that is not the case, then please have your customer upload a photo(s) of the foundation using the secure upload button in the email from Sunlight.

Solar vs Non Solar Add-Ons
Solar add-ons: Items that are required for the solar installation can be included in the loan amount. Your company will decide which items are required for the solar installation and may include items in the list below. Full re-roofs can be financed through Sunlight's Home Improvement loans.
Examples of add-on items that may be required in certain circumstances are:
Roof work required to support solar installation (e.g., support beams, shingle work, etc.)

Force Majeure:
Force majeure events are defined in the contract, and include scenarios such as extreme weather events or extreme geo-political events.
In the event of a catastrophic event, or force majeure, LightReach will replace the panels at no cost to the homeowner. LightReach assumes the risk associated with force majeure events. However, production guarantee during any down period of a force majeure event is not included. Additionally, we do not guarantee replacement/fix times due to a force majeure event.
Example: A panel is damaged by hail. LightReach will replace that panel at no cost to the homeowner, however, production guarantee does not apply to that down time.

Homeowners will receive an adverse action notice and can contact EnFin directly for more details.
Expiration of Credit Approval:
Credit approval expires if the final disbursement doesn’t occur within 180 days of the credit pull date. However, EnFin reserves the right to cancel within 90 days.
No Signed Loan Agreement:
If no loan agreement is signed, the credit application expires within 30 days.
Co-Applicants:
Co-applicants are equally responsible for any loan default, and their credit will be affected accordingly.
Contract Language:
EnFin’s contract is only available in English, and installers must conduct sales and communicate in English only (no translators allowed).
Minimum Age:
The applicant must be at least 18 years old.
Incorrect Entries:
If there is an error, a new application must be submitted.

The applicant and co-applicant identities must be verified prior to the submission of a loan application. Acceptable Documents include:

Most recent W-2 and 1099 tax documents

Proof of Ownership/Title Verification
Before submitting a loan application, verify that the homeowner is listed on the title or deed of the property and on the manufactured home title (if applicable).
Acceptable documents include:
Warranty deed
Property tax bill
Title Insurance
Escrow Documents or Mortgage Statement

Eligible Property Types
Permanent Affixation:
The residence must be permanently affixed to the ground.
Rental Properties:
Rental properties are eligible if the borrower is listed on the property title.
Multi-Unit Dwellings (Townhomes, Condos):
Customers must own the roof.
HOA approval is required (if applicable).
Units must be metered separately.
Mobile/Manufactured Homes:
Must be permanently affixed to the ground.
Borrowers must be listed on the property’s title.
Borrower must be the current owner of the land the home is affixed to.
Cannot be located within a Mobile Home Park/Community.
Business Accounts:
No business accounts (e.g., LLC, S-Corp, C-Corp, State Agency) are allowed.
Indian Reservation Land:
Properties located on Indian Reservation Land are not eligible.
5+ Unit Properties:
Properties with 5 or more units are not eligible.
Investment Properties:
Investment properties are not eligible.
Non-Permanent Foundations:
Any structure not on a permanent foundation is not eligible.

Issue Resolution:
If Omnidian detects a problem, they will attempt to resolve it through phone, text, or email. If the issue persists, a technician will be dispatched at no cost to the customer.

25-Year Coverage:
Full maintenance and repair coverage for the entire system, including storage, for 25 years.
Includes a 25-year production guarantee (90% of estimated output).

First Payment: Occurs approximately 60 days after system installation
ROR: 3 Business days. 5 Business days for customers 65 years of age and older.
Enfin does not allow applications for residences that have existing financed systems. No exceptions can be made for this policy.

Transferring a Loan
Borrowers may transfer a loan if all of the following conditions have been met:
Transfer is due to the home being sold or a new individual being added to the title.
Transferee will be on the title of the home
New obligor is approved for the loan through EnFin’s Consumer Loan Program Policy
New Obligor executes a loan transfer Agreement with EnFin
Transferred loan balance equal to the unpaid principal balance of the existing loan, plus any accrued unpaid interest and any unpaid fees associated with the loan.
-No Lien on home
-ICC-1 & County Fixtures Filed. Paid for by EnFin, both are public records.
-EnFin may charge up to $250 for a loan transfer fee.

PayKeeper facilitates a structured payment schedule tied to verifiable project milestones. The funds are securely held in your name within an FDIC-insured bank account. Payments are released to Action Solar only upon milestone verification, ensuring that funds are disbursed exclusively when specific parts of the project are completed. This process provides transparency and minimizes financial risk for all parties involved.
Payment Milestones
Milestone 1: $3,000 due at signing($1,000 for CA Sales).
Milestone 2: 50% Net Remaining of "Total System Cost" due at Permits Submitted.
Milestone 3: 50% Net Remaining of "Total System Cost" due at Permits Approved.
Payments will be facilitated through:
ACH transactions
Credit/Debit Card transaction(Merchant Fee will be charged to the customer)
Check(The customer will have to mail this to PayKeeper)
1. When submitting a cash deal, please inform Sales Support that the customer will need an invite sent via text or email to set up their PayKeeper Account.
2. The client will receive a text or email with a link to set up their escrow and fund the project.
3. Once the client's funds are verified, we proceed with the installation and subsequent stages.
4. Milestone payments will be processed at key stages. PayKeeper will verify that necessary progress has been made before releasing any payments.
