Utility Bill Requirements
A clear photo or PDF of a recent Utility Bill(within 30-90 Days) that includes:			
1. Name and service address that match Origin name and property address. 
2. Utility account number and bill dated within the last year.
3. At least one month of usage reflected on the bill.
4. Bill has not been altered.
5. Usage graph or information from the past twelve months (if available)

Identity Check Overview
All customers will need to verify their identity before signing their loan agreement.

Credit Requirements
Credit Score: 660 minimum (soft inquiry, no impact).
-LightReach checks both Experian and TransUnion scores for approval. Light Reach will base approval off the highest score between both bureaus.
Credit Validity:  180 days from the initial credit run.
 -Max of 3 active applications per client. Please make sure each account has its own email address. Each site is considered its own project. No repeat email addresses.
Debt-to-Income (DTI): Not factored.

Golden Rule: Roof must have at least 10 years of life remaining and meet quality checks below.

Pitched Roofs: Asphalt Shingle, Metal (Corrugated/Standing Seam), Concrete/Cement Tile, Clay Tile(Comp. Out/Picture Frame required)
Flat Roofs: EPDM, Modified Bitumen, Rolled Asphalt/Composition.

Roof Quality Criteria
No obvious damage, wear, or rust.
No missing coverage (e.g., shingles, tabs, exposed fiberglass, etc.).
Decking must be uncompromised and free of water penetration.
Flat roofs should show no water retention or pooling.
Underlayment paper for tile roofs should not be brittle, torn, or missing.
Roofing material should be installed directly to the decking, and not installed over another roof type. Shingles should be no more than 2 layers.

PayKeeper facilitates a structured payment schedule tied to verifiable project milestones. The funds are securely held in your name within an FDIC-insured bank account. Payments are released to Action Solar only upon milestone verification, ensuring that funds are disbursed exclusively when specific parts of the project are completed. This process provides transparency and minimizes financial risk for all parties involved.
Payment Milestones:
$3,000.00 CT  
10% of Total System Cost due at signing - FL -UT- CO - TX
$1,000 for CA Sales.
Milestone 2: 50% Net Remaining of "Total System Cost" due at Permits Submitted.
Milestone 3: 50% Net Remaining of "Total System Cost" due at Permits Approved.
Payments will be facilitated through:
ACH transactions
Credit/Debit Card transaction(Merchant Fee will be charged to the customer)
Check(The customer will have to mail this to PayKeeper)
1. When submitting a cash deal, please inform Sales Support that the customer will need an invite sent via text or email to set up their PayKeeper Account.
2. The client will receive a text or email with a link to set up their escrow and fund the project.
3. Once the client's funds are verified, we proceed with the installation and subsequent stages.
4. Milestone payments will be processed at key stages. PayKeeper will verify that necessary progress has been made before releasing any payments.
