 Want to Sell Gear? Here’s What’s New for 2025:

• Selling is still FREE, but registration is now required for a reserved spot near the store.

• Reserved sellers will receive assigned spaces—no need to arrive super early to claim a location.

  • We recommend arriving by 7:30 AM (or earlier if you need more time to set up).

• Unregistered sellers may set up in an open, first-come-first-serve area further out in the parking lot.

  • Anyone who sets up in a reserved space without registration will be moved.

• All sellers must bring their own tables/setup.

Vendor Reps On Site – Saturday & Sunday!

Meet with reps from your favorite brands all weekend long—they’ll be in-store to answer questions, demo gear, and offer special event savings. This is a great opportunity to try before you buy, get expert advice, and learn what’s new in the world of photography and video.

 Saturday and Sunday– Classes & Speakers

On Saturday, October 4th, we’ll also be hosting a limited schedule of classes and guest speakers covering a variety of photo and video topics. Stay tuned for a full schedule of sessions you won’t want to miss!

Looking to sell your gear for check or store credit?

Used Photo Pro will be on-site buying used gear during the following hours:

• Saturday, October 4th – 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM

• Sunday, October 5th – 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM

• Monday, October 6th – 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
