ACSL ADVISORS IN THE News

Congratulations to Shannon Houtrouw, the ACSL Advisor at Kalamazoo Area Mathematics and Science Center for being recognized by the NSF with the Presidential Award for Excellence in Mathematics and Science Teaching.

Shannon's reaction to receiving this award: "The measure of success [for a teacher] is in what we are able to accomplish with our students, but a Presidential Award has to be the Academy Award for teacher affirmation."

Congratulations again! We are very proud of you accomplishments.
