Formative Assessment - Tools and PLCs

Common formative assessments are at the center of the work of PLCs. This session is tailored to the need of the group and will address topics from the list below as needed. [Data and Assessment strand]

• Formative assessment tools (Canvas, Schoolnet, NC Check-ins, Pear Deck, SeeSaw)
• Sharing data
• Analyzing data
• Maintaining an asset model while analyzing assessment data
• Identifying specific learning goals and considering individual student strengths in representation, expression and engagement

You can use either form below to earn your badge. The first is for those that focused on using or analyzing data. The second is focused on using formative assessment tools.
