Students in Monte & Wiltse's English I Classes participated in Library Orientation. This consists of a scavenger hunt, a kahoot to review library procedures, and more!
Students in Ms. Greener's English IV class partook in reading the beginning of several memoirs in order to pick the winner of the March Madness bracket.
Students in Mr. Kerber's class picked a human rights activist to research and create a short presentation for their classmates.
Ms. Baer's EC class learned about the history of magic, and Jason Smith performed a few magic tricks for their class in preparation to go to Diana Wortham to watch a magic show.
Ms. Swedlund's Senior ELA classes researched topics to write their own essays based on the structure of The Anthropocene Reviewed.
Ms. Shriver's Art 3 and 4 Honors students researched the history of Asheville High School and its campus to prepare for an Artist Residency mural project with Christopher Holt.
We read Friendshapes with Ms. Baer and Ms. Bunce's EC classes. Students found a friend who liked certain activities. They color, cut and glued shapes to make another creation.
