What does it look like when the student has more than one classroom (and they will!)
The videos below show how you can set an electronic assessment task/learning experience. However, the fourth one show how you can use Toddle just to record evaluate a learning experience/assessment just as you would in your mark book traditionally - whether this is a comment, grade or just some observations. Assessments and learning experiences DO NOT NEED to be electronic for you to record the progress in Toddle.

ASSESSING LEARNING - using Toddle as your mark/grade book and to share feedback with students/families!
How do I instruct the student to access Toddle?
Here is a short video that should help. Essentially all they will need to do is add a code that you will have for them that Joy/Jessica will be able to provide for them.
Can I produce a weekly planner?
Yes and it is pretty cool! Once you have set up your schedule you can add the learning experiences into the week plan and it becomes a really useful visual tool for you to use.
How can I make it easier for students to copy and share google documents with me?
The first minute of the video shows you how you can share a link to a google document that will automatically force the student to save their own copy.
The second is to get students to create a master folder that says work to be handed in that is set to share with anyone from ACSD with the link. When the students want to share a document with you simply get them trained to drop into this folder and then when they share the document on Toddle you should have access EVERY time!
