About the Game:
There will be two competition boards. Which one you use is dependent on what type of robotics platform your students will be using. There will be a small board that will be a standard 4’ x 8’ (121.92 cm X 243.84cm). There will be a larger board that will be scaled to an as yet undefined ratio. Please know that everything on the larger board will be scaled up from the smaller board. (An example would be that if the scale ratio for the larger board is 3:1 the board would be 12’ x 24’ (365.76 cm x 731.52 cm). A block to be moved on the smaller board of 5cm x 5cm x 5cm would be 15cm x 15cm x 15cm on the larger board.) Board diagrams for both board configurations will be sent to teams. Teams can choose which board to compete on.
Awards will be for point accrual for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place. There will also be awards for best-engineered robots and best code.
