Consider the time frame you will need for rehearsal, set up and how long you will need to remove everything from the auditorium.
The Coordinator will set up a conference with you to go over the details of your event. The coordinator will book out the spaces and arrange the appropriate amount of technicians based on your needs.
The ACS Auditorium has flexible seating available for up to 300 chairs but can vary based upon configuration. Flexibility of the space allows for custom configuration based on your event.
Wheel chair access through the main inside doors. Please call the Box Office directly and coordinate seating with wheelchair access or other special needs required for your event.

Based on your needs of your event - you may need to have additional time for a LOAD IN of your event needs booked in the schedule.
Technicians will be available to help organize your needs during your LOAD IN and initial set up.
The systems will be set up and tested to ensure that your needs have been met.
One contact person from your event must be available to answer questions during the event.

Post Production - please follow the Strike Check List and ensure that all of your items have been removed from the Auditorium prior to your check out time.
Technicians will be available to help Strike the show for the technical aspects included.
You may need to pay fees if you use Copyright music during an event.
Certain companies require the use of royalty free music.
All fees for use of copyright music will be added to your final invoice.
Cleaning & Custodial Services may be added to your final invoice if cleaning has not be completed as part of your rental agreement.
As this is a school, there is no licensed concession in the Auditorium area, however there are often snacks and other items available for sale during different school performances. Please contact the Box Office if you are interested in setting up a concession for your show.
Free parking is available across the street and down the street in front of the school. Please avoid parking near the entrance to the Embassy. If you are unfamiliar with the area, please view this map of the area. ⬇️ (link to map of parking in the area)
If you are picking up tickets at the Box Office, please arrive early. The ACS Box Office is located in the main lobby and opens an hour before the performance starts. Customers must present the email link showing purchase completed. You can also show the QR code on your device for ticket entry.
Latecomers will be seated at an appropriate time by the Front of House staff.
Cell phones are to be turned off before entering the theatre.
No recording devices are permitted at any time.
Fellow patrons may be allergic to perfume. Please be considerate.

Insurance requirements for your event ⬇️ (link to be included soon ). Any outside group renting or using the Auditorium must provide evidence of insurance before the date of use.
ACS must be listed as an " Additional Insured" with respect to the liability arising out of the operation of the named insured for the date of performances and rehearsal.
Appropriate supervision indicated for any youth under the age of 18 at a rate of 1 supervisor per 10 youth.
Booking and holds - a deposit is required to secure booking. (Outside groups)
New bookings will only be accepted once all financial charges and arrears have been cleared from previous booking agreements. (Outside Groups)
Placing any date on hold will require a non- refundable, non- transferrable deposit of XAED per day
The deposit will be taken the by the Theatre Services Coordinator in the form of credit card or cash or direct payment to the school
All secured deposits are non-refundable and will be credited to the final bill of the rental.
