Description

Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics 2 (STEAM 2) course is an interdisciplinary project-based, design-centered course for 9th and 10th grade students. It fosters problem solving, data literacy, computational thinking, design thinking, computer-aided design, global citizenship, and 21st century skills. Course topics include scientific data-based investigations, introduction to aerospace engineering, conceptualization of space missions, solar system colonization, introduction to electricity and electrical engineering, sensors and actuators, microcontrollers and respective programming platforms.
