If your post secondary institution has specifically requested for your transcripts to be sent from the school, you will need to go through the school office.

Put your name (first and last) in the subject line.

If you want the transcript emailed you will need to include;

The school name.

The specific email address you want it sent to.

Your full name (same as your application) and your University Student Number.

If you want the transcript sent via Canada Post you will need to include;

The school name.

The full school address, and faculty when applicable.
