Rohan Parikh is a BSc in Economics from Wharton Business School, an MBA from INSEAD, and a Master’s in Education from Johns Hopkins University. He is serving as the Chairperson of the ANP Group which has interests in Real Estate, Education & Hospitality, as well a strong social justice and outreach vision.

Rohan is personally involved in chairty work around malnutrition and the education of girls, as well as around preservation of India's oral history.

He enjoys reading, philosophy, science fiction, history, golf, cricket, and scuba diving and being the father of one daughter.

Details:

Over the past two decades, I've cultivated a rich and extensive career in real estate, spanning key markets in Mumbai and Sri Lanka. My portfolio includes spearheading Mumbai's inaugural SRA development with the development of 100 residential building and establishing prominent residential complexes in Colombo. Additionally, I developed the highly successful The Fern Hotel and The Acres Lifestyle Club in Mumbai where I was able to redefine the value proposition for such services in Mumbai. Aside from this, I have assisted in the growth of our erstwhile Transportation company - Lift and Shift India and invested in businesses as varied as cold chain systems, IT, and restaurants satisfying the entreprenurial bug I picked up in my early days as a management consultant in New York.

Recognizing the potential for impactful change in the educational sector, I founded The Acres Foundation. My vision was to assemble a consortium of India's elite educators, striving to innovate and elevate the standards of K-12 education. By 2013, this vision crystallized with the establishment of The Green Acres Academy. Adopting the ICSE curriculum, the academy emphasizes a holistic educational approach, ensuring our curriculum aligns with the most up-to-date pedagogical research. Since its inception, The Green Acres Academy has consistently expanded, solidifying its position as one of Mumbai's premier educational institutions.

Beyond my endeavors in real estate and education, I serve on the board of Action Against Hunger, reinforcing my commitment to address and alleviate malnutrition in India. I also had the privilege of founding the Citizens Archive of India, an initiative aimed at preserving our rich history and heritage. My philanthropic contributions further extend to championing the empowerment and education of girls.

Professionally, I love to write and frequently share my insights and expertise in leading publications across India and Sri Lanka. I am also honored to for my alma maters - The Wharton Business School and INSEAD - in their interview process.

On a personal note, my continuous quest for knowledge leads me to deep dives into history and philosophy. I read 2-4 books a month.Yoga, Golf and Tennis are my go tos for keeping healthy and relieveing stress. I also maintain an active presence in the YPO Bombay network, ensuring I remain connected with industry peers and the latest business trends.

Above all my professional endeavors, however, I take most pride in my role as a dedicated father to my daughter, Gaia.
