Scholars will be offered free breakfast and lunch daily in school. Every scholar must fill out a meal form yearly as a part of State regulations. Please make sure to fill out your scholar's lunch form by clicking on My Schools App by August 23rd, 2024. Forms will open in July. We will keep you updated. 

Physical - Each year a physical is need for your scholar to attend school. Tip: schedule in your doctor appointments early. Physicals should be dated back at most 1 year. Please upload a copy of your scholar's physical to SchoolMint.

Immunization - At Achievement First Voyager Middle School, we asked that you get a separate copy of your immunization records from your physical. Scholars are required to be fully vaccinated for the 24-25 school year in order to attend school. Please schedule an appointment with your doctor to be up to date with your scholar's correct vaccination for their age.
