I am a learner at heart, which makes me unashamed to admit that, as a teacher, I am certain I've learned more about life and literacy from all of my students than they have learned from me. But I also unashamedly declare that I try my hardest every day to be the best teacher I can be for my students. That, in turn, means I have to always be the best learner I can be. 

Because of this, I challenge my students to do the same: be the best leaner and the best person you can be... Every Single Day.
