THANK YOU for offering your time in helping us run a smooth Speech Contest. We could not do this without you!
ADULTS: If you are unable to work an assigned shift, please email Kelsey (kdinkla@acgcschools.org) ASAP. Effort was taken to provide you with your job and time-of-day preferences. Your flexibility is appreciated!
STUDENTS: If you are unable to work an assigned shift, YOU are responsible for finding someone to cover your shift. You are expected to attend District Contest the entire day.
**IF YOU ARE PLANNING TO ATTEND ANY PERFORMANCES, PLEASE DO NOT WEAR ACGC APPAREL.**
Please arrive EARLY and plan for a packed parking lot. Check in with us in the Main Office to let us know you are here and grab a VOLUNTEER lanyard. We will help escort you to your job, as well as answer any questions you might have. Please help your replacements when they arrive so that they understand what to do. When you are finished with your shift, please return your VOLUNTEER lanyard to the Main Office.
