Notes:
Frame( either corrugated plastic or plywood) should be wide enough to accommodate battery pack
Breadboard and battery pack should be attached with Velcro strips to permit removal
DC Motors should be attached with hot glue
Motor Controller and caster wheel assembly may be attached with screws and/or hot glue
