Purpose


  • Celebrate diversity among Aces as we grow and learn together

  • Create a safe space for individuals to share concerns and ideate on how to make Aceable more diverse, equitable, and inclusive

  • Advocate for accountability and transparency regarding feedback by acting as the bridge between employees and DE&I Council led by CEO

How We Work Together


  • General EmbrACE Meetings open to all

    • Where any Aces interested in participating in and/or learning about our DEI work can meet on a monthly basis and raise feedback, ask questions, and influence our initiatives and goals.

  • Task Groups

    • These are actionable groups made up of Aces who have committed to the work that keeps Aceable accountable to our DEI goals. These groups are defined as:

      1. Initiatives

        • Responsible for active feedback log from the embrACE Community that requires company actions and/or policies that impact DE&I initiatives at Aceable including the method of intake, grouping, monitoring, discussion, and communication between DE&I Council and Embrace.

      2. Communications

        • Own the creation and delivery of communications to the Company through highlights for Kick-Off, Newsletter/Email Summaries for Events and Important Dates, Resource Documents (and retention for recurring use).

      3. Celebrations || Events & Speakers

        • Provide opportunities for employees to enhance their understanding of diversity and of multicultural sensitivity through celebration and education around important events, dates, and months dedicated to recognizing the central role that race has played in U.S. History.
