Remote Learning Guide

According the the CDC guidelines, students that are beginning the 2020-2021 school year traditionally could end up working remotely at various points in the school year. Based on the guidance of the Columbiana County Board of Health, your student could potentially attend school in one of three ways:

  1. Traditionally- report to their CMS classroom 5 days a week for school

  2. Hybrid- Your student will be placed into a group (either Aviators or Pilots), and will attend school at CMS two-three times a week, and then work remotely for the remainder of the week.

  3. Remote Instruction- All students will transition to working remotely, and will not report to CMS at all.

You will receive some advance notice if we are required to make these transitions, but you will want to ensure that your students have access to all of the resources listed here.
