Submit a helpdesk ticket through the portal or by emailing the address above.
When submitting a ticket provide as much information as possible.
1. URL link to course and course name
2. Screenshots of issue/error message
Call TSD and your call will be routed immediately.
If you are on hold and cannot wait in the queue, press 1 to leave a voicemail. Our technicians will return your call as soon as possible.
When leaving a voicemail, include your name, employer or organization, and brief description of the issue.
Services Provided
TSD Technicians provide support over the phone to troubleshoot issues, create service tickets, or escalate requests
FIT Technology technicians are onsite at your location to resolve service tickets and establish working relationships with staff
Technicians use a program to “remote into” your computer or device to resolve an issue without being onsite.
