• Every school individually selects the vendor that will be used for each grade level and subject area content.

• Each curriculum course vendor has a different default for setting up courses. These include Vendor Default Settings. 

  • Overall course grade configuration (weighted vs. total points)

  • Assignment Groups

  • Assignment types (discussion, quizzes, checkpoints, etc.)

  • Points per assignment

  • Additional attempts offered per assignment type

  • Module Gating (prerequisites and/or requirements)

A teacher can modify the categories, point values, and course grade calculations at any time. However, they should consult with their school leader before making any adjustments.
